11 Sep 2026 Inbound orientation Sep 11, 2026 - Sep 13, 2026 10:00 AM This is a madatory event for all inbound students. Drop off and pick up will be in the Ambler area. All meals and transportation between events throughout the weekend will be coordinated by the committee. Students: Bring your pins to exchange. Bring your security deposit in cash. Host families: Check with your club counselor to see if transportation is available from a committee member. Each student will need a sleeping bag and pillow. Look for an email in early September for additional details.
17 Oct 2026 Philadelphia / Halloween Oct 17, 2026 - Oct 18, 2026 We will gather early Saturday morning in the Ambler area. This weekend we will explore Philadelphia and share some Halloween traditions with the exchange students. Students and host families, look for an email with additional details closer to the events.
13 Nov 2026 NYC trip with optional Broadway Show Nov 13, 2026 - Nov 15, 2026 I <3 NYC! We will spend a weekend in "the Big Apple". If you plan to see the Broadway show, registration is required during Orientation Weekend. If you have suggestions for sites you'd like to visit, let the committee know. We will do our best to accomodate your requests based upon cost and time.
05 Dec 2026 Ambler Holiday Parade & Holiday Gift Exchange Dec 05, 2026 - Dec 06, 2026 We will proudly promote the countries of our inboude students during the parade. The students will be marching in the parade. After the parade, we will gather together for a holiday gift exchange. Bring ONE gift valued $20-25 and we will have a game to exchange the gifts. Bring a sleeping bag and pillow for this overnight event. You will need your blazer's for this weekend, too! The parade is open to the public. All host families, Rotarians and community members are welcome to watch the parade.

Any student interested in being a Rotary Youth Exchange student in 2027-28 plan to be here and have your application completed in advance! Country placements are only committed when the applications are 100% complete. Look for details on ExchangeStudent.org and contact your local Rotary Club for more details.
