02 Dec 2023 Holiday activities Saturday and Interviews on Sun Dec 02, 2023 9:00 AM - Dec 03, 2023 1:00 PM Arrive at Linda's house in Ambler, PA Saturday morning and get ready for some holiday fun. All inbound students are required to attend this weekend activity. Bring a sleeping bag and pillow with your overnight bags. BLAZERS needed for Sunday only. Please bring on a hanger when you arrive Saturday.
03 Dec 2023 2024-25 Outbound Rotary Youth Exchange Interviews Dec 03, 2023 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM This is the big day to interview for the 2024-25 Rotary Youth Exchange Program. If you are between 15 and 18, please see our "how to apply" page. In order to interview on December 3rd, your application must be complete and the non-refundable $250 application fee must be paid. The interview consists of an informational session, interviews with current Rotarians and our current inbound exchange students. Please plan to bring your parents with you so they may attend the parent session during the same time. The interviews will be in person in Ambler, PA. Details will be provided during the application process.
06 Jan 2024 Country Reveal for the OB 24-25 students Jan 06, 2024 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM Our class of 2024-25 Out Bound students who have their applications completed 100% will find out the countries where they will be spending their exchange.
21 Jan 2024 International Meal Jan 21, 2024 We will enjoy a meal prepared by our students which are their hometown favorites.
21 Feb 2024 Outbound Orientation students and parents Feb 21, 2024 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM Manditory training for all 2024-25 outbound exchange students.
24 Feb 2024 IB/OB student training and international meal Feb 24, 2024 11:00 AM - 5:30 PM We will be meeting at Gail's home to share some of the favorite dishes of our students. Each student will sign up for what they are bringing along with sharing the recipe. We will have a team building activity in the afternoon before ending our training.
09 Mar 2024 IB/OB trip to NYC Mar 09, 2024 - Mar 10, 2024 IB and OB students will spend the day March 10th exploring NYC.
15 Apr 2024 Short Term Exchange Program Orientation Apr 15, 2024 Additional details coming, save the date if you are going on a short term exchange this summer.
27 Apr 2024 District Conference Apr 27, 2024 8:00 AM - Apr 28, 2024 11:00 AM Distrit 7430 conference. Manditory for all exchange students. Saturday morning through Sunday morning
