08 Feb 2025 NYC Trip to see MJ Musical Feb 08, 2025 Inbound students only! Trip to NYC to see MJ the Musical and a little time to explore the big apple. We will be driving in early Saturday morning and returning late Saturday evening. We will coordinate rides with the students directly.
21 Feb 2025 All exchange student Flag Ceremony Feb 21, 2025 All the current and future exchange students will attend the Rotary President Elect training session. We will have a parade of flags before the dinner on Friday evening. More details to come. Students will arrive in King of Prussia around 5pm and depart around 9pm. Rides will be coordinated.
14 Mar 2025 Washington DC trip Mar 14, 2025 - Mar 16, 2025 All exchange students! Trip to our nation's capitol. Check with your guidance counselor about a trip form so you are excused from school on Friday. We will leave Friday morning and return on Sunday evening.
04 Apr 2025 District Conference Apr 04, 2025 - Apr 06, 2025 All exchange students will attend the multi-district conference in Hershey PA. We will be staying in hotels and attending the sessions. Plan a late return home on Sunday evening.
26 Apr 2025 Short Term Exchange Orientation Apr 26, 2025 1:00 PM Orientation for outbound short term exchange students and their families. Details will be provided closer to the date. This event will be near Mertztown, PA. Long term exchange students are not participating in this activity.
03 May 2025 Farewell Gathering May 03, 2025 Multi-district Farewell gathering. This will be in D7630 (Delaware). Details will be provided closer to the date. This is an all day event.
03 May 2025 Multi District event all exchange students May 03, 2025 All exchange students will attend! This is a joint event with D7410. Details to follow for this all day event.
20 Jun 2025 Rotary International RYE Convention Jun 20, 2025 - Jun 21, 2025 This Rotary Youth Exchange event is pre-Rotary International convention. This is optional for all and open to Rotarians only. Students will not be attending with us.
