The administration fee for outbound students in Rotary District 7430 for 2009-2010 academic year is $1,800.

This includes:

• Plan B insurance policy from CISI-Bolduc.
• Registration fee for Bokoff-Kaplan Travel Service.
• Orientation weekends (Three 2 day and One 3 day)
• Rotary Blazer with emblem
• Business/calling cards
• Pins for trading
• Name Badge
• Orientation materials

Not included in the administration fee are cost of passports, visa or residency permit, host country language camp, host country required insurance, inoculations, gifts, local travel, personal items.

Payment of the fee is due in increments as follows:

• December 15, 2010                 $875.00
• February 15, 2011                    $875.00

Should the student discontinue participation in the program, the unused portion of the fee will be refunded dependent upon the time of withdrawal.

Financial assistance maybe available to the student based on need and funds available. The availability and amount of assistance will be determined by the sponsoring Rotary club and the District Scholarship Committee. Other financial assistance is available from ESSEX.

Application Deadlines

• Applications can be submitted to the local Rotary club for endorsement starting in September
• Deadlines for local club submission varies.
• Clubs must submit their endorsed application to the district by November 1^st.
• District Interviews will be held at DeSales University, Center Valley PA on November 14th.
• Country assignments will be announced at the Holiday Party
